was absent District Cllr Wilkinson and County Cllr Coupland sent apologies 69.22 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST - to receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider

TO RESOLVE ON CO_OPTION TO COUNCIL It
was proposed to so opt Mr Peter Eves to the Council, this was seconded with
all in favour. Cllr
Eves signed his declaration of acceptance to office. 72.22 TO CONSIDER ITEMS FOR &
FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES/PARISH COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY Playing
Field Committee. Report from Cllr Bowser: · Car Rally was held on June 15th, was enjoyed by all and a big success, it raised just over £5300
profit, this will be split between the PFC and local charities ·
The Jubilee Party in the Park was
a success · Summer Fate July 24th · The Football Club are now ready to use the 2nd pitch which will assist with ground maintenance due to rotation
and keep the club within FA requirements District
Cllr Tyrrell The
trial of Youth Shed has now finished and was a success which will lead to its
set up un a more permanent basis for
local older Children (teaching skills for the workplace) Boston College entry
criteria for placements will be among
those skills covered. This will run Mon to Fri 4.30 to 7pm and Sat 9am to
noon. Mens
Shed are putting a float together for the Spalding flower parade in May 2023,
this will represent the Long
Sutton Ward areas and it is hoped that assistance from each Parish will be
offered. Cllr
Magnus left the meeting at 7.46pm and re-entered at 7.50pm 73.22

Correspondence from the May meeting has been dealt with and replied to. Western
Power have been informed of the graffiti on the substation in Willow Close

RESPONSIBILITES AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY To discuss costs associated with Savills
requesting lease extension from Dioses It was RESOLVED that the cost of this was
prohibitive at the present time. Council have received agreement from the Diocese
for the removal of the shed and the placement Of a container (funded by PFC) subject to the
correct planning permission and a signed agreement by PFC for its removal on termination of lease
Harrowing of mole hills is keeping them at bay.
78.22 TO UPDATE ON GRANT
APPLICATION TO WIND FARM Cllr
Evans informed Council that the sum of £1000.00 had been agreed at the recent
meeting. Council
will discus this matter at the next meeting once
the formal offer has been received. 79.22 HIGHWAYS & FOOTWAYS a. Update on outstanding matters Public consultation on speed lowering on A1101 and
Church way to go ahead. b. To report any new matters - None. 80.22 TO RESOLVE ON DECREASING THE NUMBER OF SEATS ON THE COUNCIL Due
to the continued shortage of Councillors, it was proposed to decrease the
number of seats from 9 to 7, this
was seconded and RESOLVED. 81.22
TODISCUSS VILLAGE SIGN AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY It
was proposed for the TSM village sign to be restored by Mens Shed, the sign
would be removed, restored and replaced
for the cost of materials and a donation, this was seconded and RESOLVED. 82.22
TO DISCUSS OLD BOWLING GREEN AREA OF GLEBE FIELD AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY Following a long discussion, it
was RESOLVED to defer this item to the next meeting to enable consideration be given to the review of the PFC
agreement. 83.22 TO ARRANGE A PARISH
INSPECTION Council RESOLVED to inspect TSM on 18th August and TG on the 25th August (meet 6.30pm). 84.22 DATE OF NEXT MEETING: 1st September 2022 TSM Village Hall at 7pm 85.22
To Resolve for the council to move into closed session in accordance with the
Public Bodies (admissions to
meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the following matters. Council
RESOLVED to move into closed session. Cllr
Tyrrell left the meeting at 9.30pm 86.22 TO RESOLVE ON ADMINISTRATION
AND STAFFING MATTERS Cllr Eves was briefed on
